Accessibility statement
Botanisia targets WCAG 2.2 level AA. The interface is built mobile-first, with keyboard-operable controls, visible focus styles, semantic headings, labelled form fields and reduced-motion support.
What is in place
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
- Colour contrast checked against the AA thresholds for body and interface text.
- Forms with explicit labels, autocomplete hints and inline error text announced with
role="alert". - No information conveyed by colour alone; filters and states include text.
- Keyboard access to navigation, filters, basket, checkout and account forms.
Known gaps
Live shopping is not part of this build, so live captions and transcripts are not yet available. When live rooms are enabled they must ship with captions, a transcript or a documented accessible alternative before being exposed to buyers. Third-party video and payment embeds will need their own accessibility review.
Feedback
If something blocks you, report it through the contact in the imprint. Include the page, the assistive technology you use and what happened. Accessibility defects are treated as product defects, not support requests.
