Shipping and delivery
Botanisia sellers choose their own shipping destinations, handling times and prices. The marketplace does not assume that every seller ships to every country.
Before you buy
The listing shows the seller’s dispatch country, the countries they ship to, the handling time and a shipping price from the seller’s options. At checkout, only options valid for your delivery country are shown. If no seller in your basket ships to your country, checkout stops rather than accepting an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Plant packaging
Listings disclose the seller’s packaging approach. Typical live-plant parcels are wrapped at the root ball, supported at the stem and taped at the pot. Heat packs may be added in cold weather; sellers may pause dispatch during extreme temperatures to protect the plant.
Delivery estimates
Estimates are working-day ranges after dispatch, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs and public holidays can extend them. Sellers must tell you if dispatch is delayed beyond the stated handling time.
Countries and customs
Sellers in this demo ship within the EU/EEA and selected neighbouring countries. Imports from outside the EU generally require a phytosanitary certificate and border inspection; do not assume a listing is importable just because it is visible.
Problems in transit
Photograph the parcel before opening, then the plant. Report damage or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery as stated in the seller’s listing. See returns.
